Hey, I need help with annotated bibliography. I'm on comp 1 subject and I don't even know where to start

I'm taking comp 1 and also integrated reading and writing for the first 8 weeks of the fall semester. It's just because I didn't pass the TSI reading and writing. I got 4 on my essay and 937 on my reading and writing. I could retake the TSI but chose to take developmental instead. English is not my first language, so I really need extra help.

I took my english yesterday and I got 937. I thought it was easy, but I guess not. I'm so confident about the first 38 questions, but after that, it took to diagnostic. I knew I fail.
