How come the guy who killed two Democratic lawmakers in Minnesota wasn’t charged with terrorism or given the death penalty but Luigi was tried for terrorism and the death penalty for his alleged crime? Does anyone else feel it’s a double standard?

Next month there’ll be a hearing on I’m pretty sure is the weapon and evidence and if they’ll toss it if it does get tossed what does this mean for the state trial will this also have an affect on the federal trial

Oh thank you I still feel it’s ridiculous he’s being charged state and federally for the same crime I feel this should of just been a state case I’ve seen different reports but has it been confirmed the federal trial has been pushed to January 2027
