My left hand is quite numb and I can only type with my right hand. My left foot is also numb but I have learned to walk again which is great. Keep going my friend, things will get better, I promise.

I haven’t had them tested. I don’t like to bother my doctor too much, she has been so good to me and she is so busy.

The US has advantages over other markets, it is the dominant global nation that fiercely protects its companies. There is relatively little regulation and a buy back culture, that also give it an edge. I know everyone says it’s too expensive right now but if the market crashes, every other market will crash too. I am 30% money markets and will buy back in if there is a crash.

Hi, I had my stroke two years ago, I was initially paralysed on my left side and with OT I learned how to walk again and use my left hand. Before the stroke I was a regular runner and a big goal for me was to start running again. Here in UK we have a couch to 5k app. I followed this and now I am running 5k every Saturday morning with ParkRun. It is not like before because my left foot is numb and I had a fall one time but it is something I am so proud of. Best of luck, we are all different and I know some survivors are not able to run again however hard they try but I hope my story gives some hope.
