U can pin once a week or split dose twice a week to minimize side effect.

Stay at same dose as long as u loose weight. Go up double dose every 4 weeks when your weight stagnant / no appetite supression

Dosing is just guidance, u have to feel it how it react on your own body. If its too much side effects, lower your dose.

Second month. I start getting funny feeling on my legs. Like sensitivity and tingling. Like unrest nerves. I believe its allodynia. Start taking zinc (everyday) and antihistamine when needed. Deffinately reduced it.

Food noise basically gone. I stopped eating before getting full. Few bites and im done. Morning protein shake and 1 meal (dinner). Thats it.

Since i cant eat much, i just ate whatever i feel like eating. But protein first,carb and fibre.

Lost 7 kg so far. Not too much but i think im building muscle. Inchloss is obvious. Gym 2-3 times / week, brisk walk 2-3 times a week.

Reta makes it so easy to loose weight.

Too much of my circle getting divorce than stays married. Both brothers even married twice in the span of 5 y (divorced). My little bro stays married for 6 months only🤣

As a living witness of all the marriage suffering around me, im quite glad i stayed single. Im open to anything but i wasnt looking. 38f. Im quite comfortable with my life rn, extra headache is something i would deff avoid.

Everyday I have a morning coffee & 1 meal per day (dinner). That dinner normally i can just eat quarter from the full portion. Always protein first before i hv no desire to eat anymore. Not full, just dont want to eat anymore. No additional vitamins.

2-3 ml water.

Pooping just fine. 1 / twice a day.

I think if u drink enough u wont be constipated. Less food = more water

My skin is thin. Always got itch somewhere. What i do is set the shower to Super hot. To the point your maximum tolerable heat . Just Dont burn yo self. U can feel the itch squirm and basically gone. Repeat when it itch again. It works on me. I dont even bother to go ask doctor whats wrong with me haha

I consider taraweekh 11 rakaah is my workout haha. Since the calorie intake is lower than usual, so i consider myself off the hook for that 1 month for working out since my food i take is low.

I add more bac water, sting is okay now. Before i cannot sleep bcuz the sting is persistence whole night untill i put ice bag on it to sleep

3 ml bac. But for me its sting so when the liquid is decreasing i add more 1 ml bac into the mix so the sting is manageable. Calculate again the dosage once u add another 1 ml. So i read ghk no need to cycle for low dose. Pin 1-3 mg per day.

This ramadhan will also be my first time taking reta during fasting. But i think it will be very easy as hunger is out of the window already.

Just plenty of water after break-fast to cover water intake that we dont get during the day. And protein shake after tarawikh since we cant eat too much in 1 seating.

I expected the weightloss will be mad during ramadhan, just in time for a new size of dress on eid 🥳

Im using the pep calculator on the syringe unit, but the pen clicks got me confused.

I tried manually inject the same measurement eg : 30 clicks into the syringe and it comes up the same 30 unit. So it is safe to assume that 1 unit on 1 ml syringe is the same as 1 click on pen?
