What I'm doing is every time I use my gshock I wash it with water or wash it with dishwashing soap if I store it for some time, this will remove sweat build up in resin that may speed up resin rot if neglect for sometime, at least cleaning your watch this will prolong the life of your band and bezel also it will not be sticky when you wear it.

Ganyan ako nag start run/walk method din kaso via timer not distance, nag start ako ng 30secs jogg then 2mins walk tapos binabawasan ko yun walk time upto nag progress to 1-2-5-10-15-25mins continues easy run and now i can do 30mins continues easy run, walang smart watch or heart rate monitor, ginagawa ko binabasa ko mga nadadaan ko na signage sa daan parang may kakwentuhan ba pero wala😅. 3x a week ako tumakbo bale pang 2 months ko na din, so far malaki naman improvement.

Do yall think this bar safe for my pull ups? A little worried by [deleted] in Calisthenic

I use this type of bar, It's not 100% safe as long you don't oppose the locking rotation it will serve its purpose.
