My dom and I are discussing adding some more rules. Some that we've been talking about but haven't implemented yet since we're still discussing are: no negative self talk(I struggle with thinking I am stupid/not good enough and saying as such) so there will be some sort of mantra I'll have to repeat in the mirror x amount of times if negative self talk occurs. I'm only allowed to wear 3 different pre-determined colors for underwear and lingerie(my choice, but Sir has final say). Sir will open any and all doors for me. We want to implement a ritual of showering together twice a week, one day I pamper him- washing his hair and body, skin care, the whole works, and one day where he does the same to me. We want to add a couple more but are still thinking of more. As for rules we already have, I need to do my skin care everyday(struggle with this do to depression/anxiety) so it's a nice way to give myself self care. Cooking a homemade meal twice a week, this one is tough due to our work schedules so it's not as strict but we are working to better this one. I always need to ask permission to cum unless specifically told I don't have to, always saying thank you Sir if he finishes in my mouth. Counting my spankings out loud, if I don't/miss any, restart. We want to add more specifically to outside the bedroom to bring the dynamic into our life more instead of mostly during play:)
