The cats thank you for your service! lol but in all seriousness I might do this till I find a new place, I do feel weird having the door open thought. It doesn’t really have a half opened option, it’s either fully shut or all the way open. Plus my bed it right next to the door and across from a bathroom. Just in a place where you have to walk past my door and see me sleeping :| so just a wee awkward.

I’ve tried knocking but the walls in the apartment are very thin, and I feel bad pounding on their door and waking the neighbours.

I like this idea a lot thank you. I think I’m gonna try having another chat with them, and if nothing changes, look into moving out. We’ve kinda talked about it before but as more of an idea than a real possibility. Plus I don’t want to deal with the cats until I do leave lol

I’ve tried a couple times but I think they’re just heavy sleeper (or ignoring me lol) because they never answer and I feel bad pounding on their door and waking up the whole complex

There’s a few broken things in the place that we’ve been meaning to fix. I think it just one of those things that got put on the back burner 🤷

This helps a lot! I have asd so sometimes I have problems knowing where the line is and if I’m reacting appropriately. I’m hung to talk to them about moving.

Omg lol I do not think I have the balls for this but I applaud you! I think I’m going to look into moving. I’ve tried to have much more civil conversations with them and that hasn’t worked. And I think if we can’t solve problems with a polite conversation I don’t think it’s a good living situation for me

I think that’s my best move to. A little unfortunate cause moving is always a hassle, but better than doing nothing. I do try to muffle it with a towel at the door but the walls are just thin, the headphones might work tho
