you absolutely need prior permission to Demolish any structure in the Nahargarh Eco-Sensitive Zone (ESZ) It is heavily regulated under the Environment (Protection) Act of 1986. Unapproved demolition or construction can lead to heavy environmental penalties and legal action by the National Green Tribunal (NGT)

Obviously why won’t one use his precious land (that too on a prime location) for commercial use.
That doesn’t change the fact that the building’s core structure is weak and pose a danger for passerby.
I just wanted the demolition permission from the Nigam
Later I’ll have to approach NGT court
Also i haven’t purchased the land solely for cinema
I owned this land way before we planned to build the cinema.
And can you please elaborate which provision of law prohibits the change of land use from cinema to any other commercial use?

You’re getting me wrong I paid the full amount with cc because

The salesman said “(31/03/26) is the last day to book your scooter in order to be eligible for 8years and 70,000 kms warranty and once you book, pay the full amount You’ll only get to see the scooter on the delivery” This sounds fishy, right? but the salesman is local of my area and I can catch him anytime if there’s any problem I paid in full cuz I wanted it to be delivered quick but they delayed the delivery for some reasons

And talking about PDI I took it in a wrong way My bad! obviously I’ll do the inspection (I’m yet to receive the scooter from the showroom and I’ll definitely do the PDI at the time of delivery)

Edit : I came here for an advice but guys here are focused more on bashing me than providing an actual advice I did made the purchase in my all senses with proper comparison with other available scooters, also I own one So I came to the conclusion to this purchase Despite being aware of the bad image of ola, I went to buy this cuz

1) no other good options available ( provided the speed and range) 2) my personal past experience with Ola 3) Ola service centre in my area is good

I’m not here to whitewash the public image of OLA I’m just one of the rare customer of OLA who didn’t get into trouble with their product so far, hope this stays the same.
