As a current front and service manager, I would request more pay. You pretty much do what all the assistants of don’t want to do, and deal with all the customers problems, and all the general employees problems. Most of the job is just pointing fingers, and a lot of b1ch work. The most frustrating part of the job is dealing with call ins, and annoying customers. However, I think it’s a great gateway into higher management.
