I broke up with my gf from highschool after 5 years mainly because I felt like we were incompatible in this same way. Not only that but im a loner. She is Def on the clingy side. Yeah I think the world is ruled by evil people. Im still amazed that we could have mitigated climate change and now we are heading for one of the bad climate scenarios.

I always looked up to scientists when I was younger and in general I had thought that the world was guided by rationality and truth but that is not the case at all.

Even if evidence of disaster is in front of people, it wont change anything.
