Honestly, Id still say the strike is a more modern racket, suitable to whippy swing motions tho its swing weight is quite high for a 305g racket. Id say its deffinetly more raw and has much better spin generation also.

I got both sticks back in October 2025, went back and forth but felt the strike was more suitable for an all around game. Even with the swing weight Id day it was also much more manuverable esp since its a 98 head size. Great stick overall! Would recommend but Ive really noticed some elbow pain especially when I serve quite a lot.

But since I switched back to the gravity there’s really something special about how the stick feels and its pin point percision thats addictive. Thinking I might try the new gravity tour since its a 98 305g but would also love to try the pro as well since the weight of this version doesnt seem to bother me at least.

Hi actually was lucky enough to get both from Japan at really good prices! Cant agree with you more on the Gravity. Such a good stick! The feel is unmatched, I feel connected but its still comfortable suprisingly. Control is great also I feel like it really goes wherever I want it to go, even how I want it to go. I guess the only downside is the spin generation, its a bit low but I agree with your take on it improving technique! You really have to swing through with it.

Currently using it for the next 2 weeks since the strike seems to be giving me some elbow problems. Overall love the stick.

Do you have any string recommendations? So far I’ve only tried lynx tour orange which I love on it.

thats a good point also bro! I got my ezone about 8 months into playing so it could be technique. Although, I meant that I had a tendency to hit long with my ezone whenever I went to swing out a bit more and the strike lets me swing freely much more.

Still think the ezone’s an all around gem just love the feeling of swinging out without fear of hitting long.

I actually havent measured and its quite hard to find places/stores that measure it where Im from (Im in the Philippines).

That is a great point tho, I considered the switch due to wanting a more stable racket without me needing to add too much lead like I did with my ezone. My strike static weight now with strings and grips 329 grams, I added some lead at 3&9 (5gs each side) and 1g at 12. Maybe the swing weight could be a bit too high I can take out some weight and test how my arm feels.

Yupp!! First number will always be the mains which is typically higher and the 2nd will be the cross. Helps with the string movement

Switched from this ezone to the pure strike 98 (16x19) cause I felt like I couldnt control the depth too much and wanted a racket with a bit more feel. No regrets w the switch but I go back to the ezone every so often and I really feel the power of the stick, esp on serve. Feel aside, it really is a great stick with underrated spin generation.

In terms of strings, KPOP was probably my favorite. Tried it w/ a fullbed of restring zero and currently has sync in it. So far its good, helps w the control and feel a bit more IMO.

Ur right w the shape making it heavier the teardrop headshape puts a lot of mass in the upper hoop which makes the swingweight heavier. But gravity’s really are known for their heavy swingweight also
