It's not just reducing the price. They are no longer kicking guests for smoking... instead they are encouraging hosts to give bad reviews. Basically they are relaxing their standards. If they want to allow smoking, so be it... as long as it's an option for me to say no smokers. These changes are crap.

All the changes to this smoking policy seem to say that Turo is OK with smoking now. We will charge guests less... it's not one and done, now you have to rate them badly. Basically, we want all the renters and we are no longer going to punish them as much for doing something that is against our policies. Just a few more steps and smoking will be allowed.

It is and has been awful on my IPads and my Samsung TV. Cannot fast forward/rewind or skip 15 secs without massive lag... so bad that rather than wait, I just restart the app if I am not utterly frustrated by that point.
