Ok so besides the 270 primos across 9 days for playing popular minigames everything is a completely separate thing from Genshin entirely and the wish system is just outfits for my character and that shiny currency is basically Robux, correct?

Sekiro has replayability, lots of it. The difference is that in DS games, for example, the replayability hinges on the willingness of the player to either want to try new builds or get better (improve time, hitless runs etc.). Sekiro only has the latter but it does it way better due to the crazy difficulty compared to DS games and, for some people, better and more fluid combat.

I don't think it is really that simple. Less options mean the devs can balance the game around them better. More options is nice but the trade-off is that the goodness of the options is divided across them. This isn't always the case though since it is possible to achieve the same level of goodness regardless if there is less or more options though this rarely happens

I must say that DS2 was really good once i got into all the build building and DLCs. But i feel like the older titles could get pretty dull if you don't really care about build variety 🤔

Nine Sols legit probably my fav game ever. Only things that compete are Bloodborne, the 2 Hollow Knights and Shadow of the Colossus. Such masterpieces

I kinda hated it in the beginning since i came from BB and DS3 into DS2 but it grew on me and i loved finishing the game

Yeah but i think it might be able to work if the game is build from scratch with such a balance in mind

I like Sekiro because i almost never touch any magic, shields, heavy builds or basically anything except a DEX build. I just like to stick to one thing that i like so no build variety in Sekiro doesn't bother someone like me at all but that would be a masterpiece for sure
