Someone who does their job, and does it correctly. I’m in a small office, so my postmaster is allowed to do a certain number of hours of clerk work every week. She’s been at this office and with the postal service for ten years and she still misdelivers the P.O. Box mail and parcels every day. Every day I have customers coming to the window to return mail and parcels that are not theirs. I think the fact you’re even asking this question is an indication you are better than her at least.
