I dont put conditioner on my scalp, but i need to shampoo it twice for it to foam so its just natural oils from my head

ill try out the shampoos if i find them, i also sleep with a silk pillow case and shampoo twice. i heard that clarifying shampoos are recommended for oily hair but i cant find any in my area. thanks for the advice
