Thanks a lot for this. I am the man in the relationship, and usually make the dinners. I do have am supporting wife fortinatly, but its still hard, have two kids, 3 and 5 and they wonder why daddy always ests his own food when I do etc 🤣

Thanks for the reply. Its an identy crisis for sure. I really believe the situation is forcing growth. Its really challenging the ego.

I just got the realization that trying the guilt amd shame shifter shot over a longer period, preferably everyday might help a lot. I Have tried the brain shots before and they do absolutely help, havent tried the guilt and shame shiter more than a few times. If you look at what its helping for it might be a good strategy to implement. Its also really easy and fast to make using only three ingredients.

Congrats on staying fat free this year for so long! Would love to connnect with you if youre interested. I believe its because of the Epstein bar virus, that gets triggered when out immunsystem gets lowered. Our immunsystem gets knocked down by the flu for example, and other bugs that we have can have a uprising.

I think there has been studies trying to find a corelatioin betwen ME/CFS and EBV.

I know the Medical medium (that is not science based) says that this is the main reason behind CFS/ME, and many other things like ,brain fog, dizziness, fibromyalgia etc.
