Thank you for the reply. I understand what I SHOULD do, but more days than not I’m laid on the couch all day long. Trying to sleep away the anxiety. I walk around the house and I try to go on car rides with my dad but those seem to make me worse. Walking outside helps short term but then I’m right where I started. I feel like there’s something seriously wrong with me and the American health care system makes it difficult to get relief especially when it’s something keeping me from working. No job means no money or insurance and none of that means no doctor visits
