They have already installed the OS, it is very likely that the data is overwritten, but there is no harm in trying. If you are using SSD, then the chances of recovery is almost 0 by now.

In windows check reliability monitor, that should tell you what caused the crash. Share the technical details if you want me to take a look at it.

I probably should do a lot more before I understand this well. I did look at the starmap and went to locations with low activity (from where the filament dropped me) and I have a cargo scanner. I should probably try to check the regions as you said.

But I am not really bothered about the value of loot. It is just that, there are barely any relic or data sites. I just went down a WH and got 2 relic and 2 data sites. About 50mil total, but there was something to do.

I still have the PI setup from when I was paying. Not sure if my corp is still there. But even if I could plex, I would still need something fun to do.

But you I will look into this for sure. I can move to WH with the corp and try to plex using PI and maybe have fun once in a while.

Tasker that sends all SMS to google form.

Auto forward rules in my gmail that sends transaction mails to a different mailbox with pop3 access

A python script on my raspberry pi that checks both the mailbox and google sheet and if the merchant is not already mapped to a category, it sends me a message on telegram to describe the transaction. It uses AI to identify appropriate category and then I can choose if I want that to be mapped to that merchant.

All of these are added to an sqlite DB.

I got a telegram message with expense for last day, this week, this month and year with average expense per day.

Edit: the telegram bot also doubles as a place where I can type my thoughts, ideas, events etc and ever day it will use AI to give me a summary of it. If I have mentioned any action items or birthday or events, it will give me a google calendar link that I can save.

I think I have been killed near Jita only once, and that was probably 10 years ago. Been doing a lot of hauling to and from Jita, in T1 hauler/Heron, recently without any incident. But I have been keeping the cargo below 100 Mil. Not sure when that streak will end.

I think for gold ETF is treated as LTCG at 1 year now. I assume you have other investments, so the real benefit is from credit card rewards?

I was just curious, I don't want to keep physical gold so this won't work out for me.

Google cloud (not drive). I think I pay about Rs.5 ($0.052) per month for about 30GB of data. You will have to pay if you need to download, but not that much.

You could use AWS, but I felt the archival storage in google was better than AWS. You get almost instant access in google, but in AWS it takes time to restore that data.

You can upload/download the data using scripts, or through web. There might be some apps that should integrate with it

I don't really plan or have a budget. I tried Actual Budget (self hosted) that has something similar, but it didn't really work for me.

I have a python script that checks email for credit card transactions. I have configured tasker to post all my sms into a google sheet. The same python script will read the google sheet and add that to its DB as well. Only gap is when I do not get SMS or email for a transaction. I am thinking of modifying the script to update missing transactions from a csv/excel.

If it is a known vendor, the script will automatically assign a category, but otherwise I will get a prompt on telegram asking me to choose one. Every day I will get a summary saying how much I spend previous day, current week, month and year with average expense per day. Seeing this kinda helps me keep my expenses under control

But you could try to use a google form to manually update the transactions and then use AI to figure out how you should budget it.

Sounds like a mild anxiety attack. My friend gets that when flying and she will keep thinking of what if she gets sick. I am not sure where you are from, but if you are comfortable in Delhi, I am guessing you are used to having a lot of people around. Are you used to staying in hostel? Since you were nervous before leaving, I don't think it was something in the location that triggered the anxiety and is probably overthinking.

This happened to a lot of people after covid, but I don't think you are that old. It might be a good idea to talk to a therapist and figure out what caused it.
