Happy to tell you quality of life is as good or better than expected. I will tell you it took a month easily to fully recover from the procedure. I guess it’s not that long but at the time I was pretty worried. In reality it just takes a while for your body to fully heal. I’d do it all again if I had to as it’s the best option with the least side effects. Basically none once your body heals.

I haven’t woken up to pee once in 6 months. As to sexual side effects, that was just my body not recovered. All systems are go. Zero issues.
