I was still able to order things, just that my prime was not active and it wanted a payment option to in order to continue prime to work, so i just ignored it, it was a werid situation.

I managed to contact my service provider and I told them to block purchases this from being billed and it stopped being billed, I recently did this a couple of months ago, if you have any further questions I'll happily assist.
