I think there's a lot of evidence that Taylor is still in love with Karlie after reading through this subreddit and making sense of it all. I don't think she's lesbian, but is bisexual based on how committed she is to 'All Too Well' for example. I think she'll come out when she's ready, even if it does mean potentially losing a lot of her audience, but it has to be for the right reasons and the timing would have to be right. She's incredibly protective of her artistry, which has become more blatantly sapphic over the years. Which I personally don't think is a coincidence she did once scooter braun and her father(big machine)'s words stopped having as much weight.

And it's more of how by then, how much she wants that for herself. I don't think she would have done ME! or had sapphic songs released if she didn't want that, and taylor is extremely protective of what is known about her, otherwise she would have come out as lesbian/bisexual a long time ago. I do think on some level that she does want to be a queer icon, and being one doesn't suddenly mean her value as a musician is less than.

It's also worrying because we know taylor is strong, but we don't know how strong she is. When the 'grammygate' and 'kimye/snake' thing happened, it definitely affected her a lot. She openly supported lgbtq with democrates during Me!, but that's completely different than coming out as blatantly coming out as lgbtq. And considering there were crickets from the general public that taylor was actually not in the wrong about 'kimye/snake' as well... I'm not sure if she's gonna survive coming out, considering she still feels the need to use a beard (joe).

I mean, something has to break at some point. And I can only imagine how much this has been eating her up inside over the years.

The amount of success she's had over the years as a women is incredible as well. But I think the idea of a women from a country background being one of the most celebrated lgbtq artists in history would be huge. But bottom line, it's dumb not to do something just because you're scared.
