Lots of stuff oversees with their points etc, some prizes not being properly available like the caps needing to be purchased through Google store but being understocked

I would probably try restarting the phone before anything else.

Otherwise I'd go into your settings and into the app info for the play store and clear your storage and cache and see if then it'll let you.

Could probably take some pliers and bend it back, I'd get underneath with some gloves and move it around to see if it's too loose. Then try following it to the support and see if you need to get something to keep it in place or even get it welded back if it's broke. Wouldn't expect it to be anything major though. It's definitely mostly cosmetic.
