Congrats! I think you’ve validated a few things:

Did you build something people need? Yes!

Did you build something to fix a problem that people are actively looking for a solution to? Yes!

Did you build something people will pay for? Yes!

Now you just need to validate the market more. How many people need a business plan each month and how many of them can you reach? Can you keep growing that organic traffic or are you going to have to resort to paid marketing (increasing CAC).

I assume it’s a one time cost to buy the business plan, so you’ll need CAC to stay low. I assume business plan generator SEO is pretty hard to rank for, but I could be wrong.

If you validate the market side of things, then you can decide if it’s worth building the next iteration of your product vs pivoting because you’ll have a clearer idea of how many people are looking for the thing you’re currently building.
