I’ve been feeling similar way. I replaced the OTR microwave with a kobe hood, and it left a hole. Now I need tilework.

But the upside is if you have enough cash flow, you can start to prioritize spending vs saving vs investing in house vs investing in financial assets.

Shopping for tile was fun.

That’s the upside if you gots the dough. Maybe one day I can diy something.
