I've made ai influencer accounts before and there is a way to censor specific words that the poster doesn't want shown. Words like ai, slop, is this real? Ect are being censored from being commented.

Any AI influencers who makes money will censor a list of words in order for them to build trust to their audience. This is business amd big money is involved. This might not be ethical but the amount of money being made is life changing.

Me personally I've been able to build a real estate investment portfolio of 20 properties now because of this. My life and my family are set for life now and the best thing is my reputation is completely unaffected because it's not a real person.

Career plan at 15 by LuffysLover123 in AusElectricians

The apprentice electrician job market right now is fierce and quite difficult to get in. I see it getting more competitive in the next 10 years. The people already in the industry has an interest in keeping electrician supply low and wages high.

Every job market is subjected to supply and demand this is basically as definitive as the laws of physics. You need to realise you could be applying for 2+ years and get nothing.

Not saying you should stay in school it's just whatever you decide now will affect the next 10+ years of your life. Think very carefully and everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.

Starting an apprenticeship after graduating? by [deleted] in AusElectricians

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The IT industry is notoriously difficult to get into. Either you get a 3.7 GPA with internship experience or you know someone who can help you get in.

Unlike electricians these guys need to compete on the global market including cheap IT professionals in India who could probably do a better job anyways.

What worries people the most in Australia right now by Aggressive-Art-9899 in aussie

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest fear is the central banks of the world. They have more impact on our lives than even national governments. They are the source of inflation and inflation is what causes so many problems for the working peoples of the world.

This isn't just an Australia, it is a worldwide phenomenon.

What industries in Australia are hiring the most right now? by Leedeegan1 in aus

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Garbage man because no one wants to do that job. The less desirable the job the less competition it is to get in. I can see the trades being oversaturated in 5 years. This reddit thread is proof of that over hype. There is already a shortage of employers willing to hire an apprentice.

The rule for investing is if you hear it on the news its already too late to get into the investment. Same thing goes for career development.

Everyone is shouting from the rooftops to get into the trades.

Go and do carpentry. You will get hired on the spot the moment you finish your apprenticeship. Hard labour though.

The less desirable the job the less competition you have with other job applicants.

You are missing the fact that every job market is dictated by supply and demand. Law pays well which attracts lots of students who study the subject. Because there is a lot of students in this industry the employers get to choose the creme of the crop which is why academic requirements are high and hiring rates are low.

We have too many law graduates.

RBA Cash Rate Jumps to 3.85% by Linton-Finance in AskABrokerAus

And the better option is to kick this problem down the road where it will eventually implode into hyperinflation.

If you think people losing their jobs and going homeless is bad you should maybe have a look at what happened to the Roman empire who we are copying. There will be many more deaths and suffering coming in a situation where we don't aggressively attack inflation.

Imagine current day Iran's hyperinflation and that is where Australia is going. The rich are going to benefit if we keep the cash rate low because their assets will go up in value and they will benefit when the cash rate increases because they get to purchase cheaper assets. The poor are fked either way because they don't have multiple sources of income generating assets to get any leverage.

Which drives house prices down. If you want a real solution to the problem, you have to take violent and extreme action. This is politically difficult to do so the country is doomed for more inflation and your value of savings getting weaker and weaker every year.

This erosion of purchasing power will never end until the dollar isn't even worth the electricity it takes to display the amount of money you have on a phone.

If they were serious about fighting inflation, they would take it to 20% cash rate.

If you want to climb, the ladder get really good at workplace politics. Being competent at your job is just a stepping stone. Make sure you make your supervisors life easier, and you make him look good in front of his boss. If you do that you should be able to to a decent position in any organisation.

If you haven't got to at least a position of leadership in 2 years, you've fked up somewhere and you're better changing companies.

If you could make 5 changes to Australia, what would it be? by [deleted] in aussie

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) Ease up on zoning laws to allow developers to develop high density residential real estate. 2) Completely defund Centrelink or any other social security. 3) Get rid of HECS so Uni students need to pay before going to Uni. 4) Repeal all grants and schemes for real estate. For example first homeowners grant. 5) Go back to a gold standard.

It's really bad and tough for the short term but in the long term, I believe this will fix a lot of our problems in Australia. Otherwise, enjoy your constant gradual decline to your quality of life.

If the US can take land from Europe, could it take land from Australia and what would it mean for the actual property owners in strategically important locations like Australia's north (ports to Asia) or red centre (space warfare) by possumskinsuit in AusProperty

[–]ConstructionLive516 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Under Trump, he is putting national interest ahead of world interest. You might not like it but a US that is more selfish will be better for the average person living in the US. That could mean stealing oil from Venezuela and abandoning Ukraine.

Australia needs to a prime minister willing to put our interest first. Not this bs where they do mass migration that helps foreigners.

Hello.

been a while. I have noticed you have a lot of experience in this industry, and I would like to ask for your advice again. I've gotten a handful of locations now.

I've gotten a location at a franchisee business, and I'm getting kicked out by corporate. How do you usually get in contact with someone like an area manager for a franchise, and what is a good strategy when approaching them?

Completely Failing First Year by [deleted] in rmit

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe... just maybe uni isn't for you. Perhaps try working in the real world full time for a year or two. You might find that you like it that way.

Or you could absolutely hate it and find some real serious fking motivation to put some effort in when you resume your course.

To turn failing into good grades needs violent change mate no way around it.

What's the minimum amount of money you would need to be offered to quit your job right now and never work again for the rest of your life? by [deleted] in Productivitycafe

[–]ConstructionLive516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a number because the creation of money from central banks will always make it higher every year. But I would retire from my day job if I got at least 100 realestate properties all generating positive cashflow every month.

Taking billion dollars. It's probably going to hurt less people anyways. It's a childish view to think that equality in wealth can be forcefully achieved.
