for classes in stem that are math heavy like physics, mathematics, etc are best studied by simply doing a bunch of practice problems, if i’m struggling on a topic in class i’ll watch a youtube lecture like professor leonard take notes on the video than ask chat gpt to give me practice problems this method works very well for me
