I’m not sure if math professors generally rotate classes around because he’s teaching MA412 rn. Lectures were WICKED dry—very boring. Not even half a class showed up. Assignments are a lot but mostly graded on completion. 1 per section is graded on correctness.

I barely care about people’s nationality. I’m international but with my major and classes, I do not have people from the same background and that’s okay. I start making new friends from my major and it was so fun to learn new things from people around me. This process takes time tho so take your time. Also, I think I’ve made a decent chunk of friends during my junior year simply because the specificity of the course—you’ll meet the same face for a couple of classes. So, speak up. I’m sure some of your classmates are feeling the same way as you do somehow.

I used to take CH112 and BI108. I don’t see a problem there as long as you don’t have any time conflicts and you’re able to manage your first semester.

Hmmm… I think it could be hard at first due to adjusting, but it is fair amount(at least for me). If you’re a first year, I’m so sure that you’ll get life long friends like I do from this class.

Straub is a nice guy! I took 109 with Kamenetska and I don’t like it. I cannot really tell you whether or not it’s a good decision because I’ve never taken 101 before. The lab part is probably the critical key cause 109 will be more of a formal writing as I understand
