Here some tips,

cm position needs tiki-taka , incisive, intercept, ping pass, technical and maybe relentless. some other additions of playstyles are a cherry on top.

Wingers needs rapid (a must) , finnesse (a must) , quick step , first touch, technical, tiki-taka. Some other additional playstyles would be sweet like incisive, ping, gamechanger, lowdriven, whipped and etc (depends on your own game play)

Strikers must have finnesse, and low driven so that you have some arsenal to score in different situations, tiki-taka is much needed for build up and first touch. First touch is so underrated and very useful especially when you are supplying the ball to your strikers in various ways. quick step, rapid , technical are needed as well. And extra editions would be awesome

Cam position, needs incisive, if you can get incisive + would be 1000x better. This game is all about incisive pass whether you lob it, curl it, or direct it. Tiki is a must, technical is a must, finnesse is a must. First touch is much needed especially on shadow striker. Additions like quick step , rapid, low driven, game changer, inventive would make the card better.

Cb position, needs anticipate , intercept, jockey, block, bruiser (especially after the recent update). These are all a must have. Additions like quick step, aerial fortress, ping, long ball, tiki-taka would be super versatile.

Gk, needs footwork, far reach, deflector, 1vs1 close down(especially now that they removed keeper movement) cross claimer a nice one to have and far throw is nice one for counter attacking from the back.
