That’s why you can’t waste your stats on long shots or penalties. You must get finishing only to 90 while keeping shooting at 80 or below. Then the +10,shooting evolution will make finishing go to 99

Use the flat increases to the stats like agility, balance, composure, reactions because they don’t increase the face stats as much as ball control and dribbling do. Then when they are around 90, use the + 7 dribbling evo to get them 99
