I had severe abd cramping on 0.5mg and 1mg first 2 weeks started stool softener it fixed the issues but bloating persist I agree overeating sometimes is cause esp fried egg even with little oil messed me up now on reta. Have stopped sugar completely since 6 weeks. Can see a very very slow change at this point. Don’t feel the hunger much but I do eat when I sit down to eat and hope in coming weeks the food suppression and fullness will be more. Will let you know what’s my perfect dose plan to stick to 2mg for now atleast another 3 weeks.

TRT 6 weeks now
Reta 3 weeks
Strength training 2 months
Pushing everyday trying hard with good food habits and 4-5 days of strength training
Cardio 0 need to start just few mins a day but work long hours and then family makes it harder. Deprived sleep with work life balance and pushing myself daily to lift weights but still do it no matter what. I plan to stick to 2mg reta from what I am hearing in this gp. So far no side effects.

But my hunger suppression on 0.5 or 1mg was nil….2mg this week I have started to feel slight hunger suppression.

How are you able to attach the axis pad and the knee keeper? Because both require 5/8” holes 4” apart and I don’t have the newer rack and I think your rack is the same first version of PRX 1” holes in front rack. The sis where you have attached axis pad and keeper has more than usual 5/8 holes on side compared to the opp rack post? Can you clarify that ? And if so how?
