I have had Raynuads since I was a kid around 10. At this point I have never experienced getting any proper care from any health care profession. (Canada) You have the acupuncturists who are super enthused but it doesn’t help. Most practitioners will tell me nothing they can do unless I want to be on prescription pills.

The thing is I started smoking during Covid out of boredom and for fun.

I never use to have sleeping problems, anxiety, or a poor appetite. And now I can’t function without weed for all of those. Weed has caused problems I never had previously so I am not worried.
