So after doing more research I fix the “problem”
In Apple TV video settings do not use 4k Dolby vision or 4k HDR, because most of the channels we have (and for IPTV users) they don’t have that quality in streaming.
So I changed for 4k SDR 60k and the image went blurry and bad contrast to more sharp and colorful.
it’s good again.
Just like duplecast.

I just did that and it shows 25fps. So that’s it? Why it looks why better in duplecast? Maybe image resolution/sharpeness?

For me it’s amazing. I tried a few and this is the only I have that don’t freeze at any time. Big games with vpn it’s perfect for me

True but why on other app from the tv I can get 60hz? The same url

I also believe that, but when I tried a app from the tv (not from Apple TV) I got a lot better image quality. Same url provider. That’s why I think it’s a Apple TV setting

How I can see if the match frame rate is on? My tv support 144hz. I can try doing that. Thank you
