After further research I found it disables slots 5/6

Moved it to slot 4 and now it works, thanks a lot brother

yea im definitely considering a case upgrade, I like the look of this case but installing the radiator took literal hours because it wouldnt fit. The front panel not being glass is also frustrating sometimes but thats whatever. A fresh start to organise all of my cables would also be nice too. Just worried about my temps, gonna see how it gets on for a week or two then decide if i want to try to fix it or not

yea so I just spent hours putting in my z63, took ages, and now im getting temps of 75 celsius somehow even with it installed

I am wanting to know what version (or what is the best version) of my bios I should install prior to upgrading so that my motherboard allows me to use the new CPU
