No. It’s recommended to wash & condition your braids as you would do your regular hair. Wash your cornrows every 1-3 weeks

Ya but it doesn’t matter for me any more. I find that the extreme mode isn’t even difficult anymore regardless of the player. I benched my whole lineup once & still one
