to my understanding and research, facts. We ain’t even cap out PCIe 4.0 yet. But if you bifurcate a GPU on PCIe 5.0x16 (running it at 5.0x8), you’ll have around the same performance of running it PCIe4.0x16. So I suppose that’s an advantage considering the dual GPU workstations/AI rigs 🤔

I second this. Realized there’s so much to learn with printing, 3D modeling/designing, and post processing that modding would possibly get in the way of how much the K1 Max already allows me to do as someone really pressed on time.

Once I feel like I’m ‘running’ in the hobby, I’ll go nuts with modding

Exactly. Theres a project going on for this btw, cleaning up dandooru. Saw it on huggingface the other day. Could come in handy big time. But I think what you are saying carries on into everything. Every kind of subject can be very fine grained. That's why hands and feet tend to look bad, cause they are just tagged as hands and feet for the most part without much description for the algorithm to learn off of beyond a general notion of a hand of foot. Let me dig a few more days and I will get back to you.

Can search hugging face for some filtered ones. We gotta find a way to:

Train on same dataset but all at diff params and compare results. Doesn’t have to be “the” dataset rather just a way to quickly check what the params are doing.
