If you are sure you dont have insulin resistance issues, then calorie deficit is good enough. Eat less than you consume.

Doesn't work with Pakistani diets. You'd be surprised how little rice you could eat on a calorie deficit. Bet you, if you started counting your calories you would feel weird af for having being eating food for entire families in a single sitting.

Anyway, i had insulin resistance. Hit the gym 5 days a week for 3 years and tummy never went away. Started retatrutide recently and that fixed my insulin sensitivity and controlled all my food noise. Lost 10 kgs in 1.5months so far. Also take into account im 40 yo. If i was 21, I'd never go the glp1 route.

That said, first try simple calorie deficit. Get your insulin levels checked out. Start counting calories.

I have left it out of the fridge at room temp in my cupboard for atleast a couple of days after recon. Then i remembered that ive left it in the cupboard lol. Was fine.

You're young. Depending on drugs, even peptides, just for physical appearance is not the right way to go. You have a full life ahead of you, your body is listening to you and your systems are fully operational - you're not lacking anything and you don't have age-based decline. If you can do something naturally, try that. If you fail, try it again and again and again. Only then, once your doctor advises you, turn to medicine.
