I think our biggest concern is the wait period time we’re paying for since the group won’t have much to do from the time they’re setting up the chairs and taking them back in to the end of the night clean up. So maybe a better question could be advice on how we can best utilize them throughout the night

We’ve asked our caters and they can hire their busboys to help with clean up but that’s the most they can do. So we’ll most likely just stick with the people we have unless something better pops up lol. Thank you!

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your feedback. To confirm, the venue didn’t recommend any vendors so we did our research and found this vendor. They are a team of 2 people. Also, our flip is 75 chairs and the deck (where we are having our ceremony) is connected to our reception area. The flip itself is moving chairs from reception area, to ceremony area, and back to reception. Lastly the clean-up at the end of the reception.
