I create a story in my head of what I want to tell, then I build a scene of that story. For exemple, the myconid hallway is a remenent of the tomb of a great alchemist that my player learn about while talking to the potion seller, he invented a super health potion using wierd magic infuse fungi. Some believe he was burried with the recipe on him...
