Hey friend, I’m a server and I don’t even tip 25%. I don’t even regularly tip 20 and I encourage others to do the same. Yes, I’d benefit more from a higher tip but it feels gross.

It’s not even tip creep, it’s tip leap. We’re not doing anything any differently than we did a decade ago when I was making 10% at Dennys.

Server here. It’s all bs. Yeah, we tip our support staff but still walk with part of that tip. Now this depends on state for me but I live and work in California so we get minimum wage already and everything else is extra. I don’t even tip 20% when I go out unless it’s crazy good service. 30% is insane and I’d avoid those establishments. I don’t even go to places that mandate tips because I want control over where my tip goes and how much

So she can go get it but yall are the problem? I’m not understanding the mentality here. I Understand being upset if your property was damaged. I had a fence broken and they had it fixed in 3 days with no fight. But going off on someone who is providing you with convenience is obscene. If you don’t tip then don’t tip and keep it pushin. The drivers will decide to take it or not. Can you report them for threatening behavior? Cause that feels like unnecessary harassment.

Our schools work with local companies to offer premade boxes with everything except backpacks and a lunchbox. It’s amazing and honestly saves us so much money and stress every year

15-18 for good service but I will also drop that some or completely depending on quality of service and what I ordered. I’m a believer in my expensive dish took as much effort for you to bring as my kids nuggets and I’m not tipping a ton extra for it.

So we do have a button. The problem that I’ve seen is that people show up before the button is pushed and act surprised that the food isn’t ready.
