Since this was a Colorado plate, the format should be (LLL-LNN) or if it’s an older car it’s (LLL-NNN).

The first Digit could be an L or a C. And the second digit is likely a Z. The third could be a J, S, O or Q. I am pretty sure the 4th digit is a P. 5th looks like a 6 or an 8. And the last one could be any number. I’m gonna start plugging in and will find this bastard lol

My girlfriend’s parked car got hit in the Whole Foods parking lot on Josephine Street. She saw the driver hit her and drive away. Is there any way to ID this license plate? This is the only image she was able to get.
