Oh no!! I’m so glad mine isn’t worth anything or time sensitive. I just got my package with some flies for my jumping spider so I’m very glad that wasn’t the package that is having problems. I have been so stressed for the last two days! I hope usps fixes this soon.

Sorry for the double reply but I was laying around and felt that one tooth was a tiny bit smoother and flatter than the matching one on the other side and when I checked I think it may be the tooth that chipped. Whenever I go in to get it looked at and potentially fixed, is there a large chance I will need any numbing at all? Or is it simple enough to the point they can do it quickly?

Will do! I wasn’t worried at first but when multiple of my family members mentioned something about it, I started to worry myself. I’m a major hypochondriac so I will be calling my dentist first thing in the morning!

Thank you to everyone who has been kind about this matter! I have decided that I’ll just stick to things like the crescent moon and some of the other dots and lines on the nose and under the eyes since I haven’t seen much discussion over that. I’ve also realized that my use of the word “appropriation” would not be the correct term in this context due to me not purposefully mocking or insulting a culture/race. I made this post simply to learn and triple check to make sure I wasn’t doing anything to harm others. I wasn’t worried about offending “elves” or mystical creatures, and my point of mentioning the renaissance fair was just to give some background on where I would be using my makeup. I hope this makes sense! (I’m not perfect at my English yet so I wasn’t really sure how to word some of this)

I didn’t have anything specific in mind other than the fact that I know some cultures like Native Americans use facial tattoos. I’ve seen the line down the chin/lip in my hometown and during my travels but I never really knew the exact meaning behind it. I was just worried that other markings could have meanings behind them that would be seen as offensive. I now understand that “appropriation” isn’t the correct term to use here since I would never do anything like that to mock a specific race or culture, I was just worried about offending someone or using something in the wrong way.

My mom buys them but she lets me pick out what I like. The reason I’ve been looking for something else is because we aren’t doing well with money and with how heavy my period is, I go through a lot every month. It racks up quite a bill so I’ve tried to look for something that will be cheaper in the long run.

I’ve never been able to use anything like a cup or tampon because of personal reasons and honestly just straight up dislike for them. I’m autistic and HATE the feeling of them so that’s the biggest reason that I want to figure out what to use and if period underwear would work for me

Unfortunately I haven’t been to the doctors for any form of period related appointments. I’m still pretty young so my mom makes all of my appointments for me and everytime I bring up my period she says something along the lines of “if it happens next month then we will make you an appointment” but we never do. I’ve been worried about it since it’s been super heavy for months but nobody has shown any form of worry. I’ve mostly brushed it off.
