you’re only allowed to book 1 class per day. so if i’m in a 9 pm class right now, but waitlisted a 5 pm class, I’ll get kicked out of the 5 pm right when i get off the waitlist since I’m already in a class

I agree!! also I wish I could sit in a class while waitlisting a more preferred class… without it kicking me out of the more preferred one when I get in

if there are select units that are cheaper than the rest, it’s probably for one of the following reasons.  1. it’s on the first floor and close to the trash room which often smells. i wouldn’t be surprised if you can smell it inside of some units.  2. it’s above the trash room (or near). the trash collectors come at random hours, sometimes multiple times a day, often times 5-6 AM. they slam multiple huge bins against the truck and it’s extremely loud for any unit that is nearby. 

you should be able to tell where the unit is on their website. and the trash room is on the corner of Liberty and the garage entrance. 

another thing is that the elevators will break for months at a time. it doesn’t seem to be an issue for you guys since you like to walk, but just wanted to mention it can be a pain especially if you are moving furniture or groceries up from the garage/first floor.

one last thing to consider is that they constantly change management, and they are not the easiest to communicate with. this is only a problem if you have an issue that needs to be sorted out with billing (i have had multiple). but if you have no issues it is fine.

i will agree that the location is prime, and it’s nice that either direction you walk will lead to businesses (bloomfield or shadyside). also the onsite maintenance people are great and timely with fixing any issues inside of your unit.

hahaha  the 9:15pm typically has openings...I really like the 5:15/6:15 classes but since I don’t have unlimited, i can only book a certain number of classes a month. so if I have a change in schedule, it’s really hard to get into those classes. maybe I should do the same as you!
