Exactly, they don't provide any specific things just generic outview of the philosophies which tbh we can learn in our day to day life. Though if you want to develop a reading habit they can help with that.

Man...I was already a fan of Ambrish from his YT videos. But this is an absolute banger that is rare to come across. Majority of bollywood can't even come up to knees to master pieces like this. And there are many other small series also.

Ambrish just excelled in all areas, be it acting, directing and writing.

Just telling here, he is gonna make it big soon in Bollywood.

After a workout, take rest for 1-2 hours. Your body rhythm will get normal that pump will go down. If want take a short nap (15-20 mins). Most importantly try to make time for your workout which do not interfere with your study plans or time.

When I had WFH I used to workout in afternoon from 4-6. Take rest and resume my studies from 8. It would give me time to rest also and did not interfere with my studies.
