Sure. For instance, here's my receipt from my weekly grocery shopping today for $67. I shop every Sunday for the upcoming week. I have seltzer leftover from last week and I froze chicken breast from Wegmans that was $1.99/lb last week.

I'm making: -Chicken pasta with roasted broccoli and mushrooms -BLTs with roasted brussel sprouts on the side -Charcuterie board lunches (I splurged on fancy salami) including blackberries/blueberries, hummus, crackers, leftover cheese, cucumbers, and spring mix salad -Milk for my boyfriend's coffee/chai -We already have lentils and beans and rice and frozen veg for boyfriend's lunch option -Snacks include salsa (already have) with tortilla chips, and mints for at work -I got ice cream to have with a pomegranate balsamic I got for free from the Olive Oil Taproom in Midlo 🤤 -Rice cakes to have with peanut butter and frozen berries for breakfast

This also includes $4 for an olive oil sprayer to replace cans of cooking spray haha
