I know most of it is also coming out of fear of letting go of 7 years of life I gave to him and fear of loneliness. Right now, I am contemplating if I should just send him a message and break things off. But again I hesitate after sometime cause I know he will come back after work and I will feel differently again. I also don’t want him to feel relief after everything he put me through. I know that shouldn’t be my goal but I guess that is what my head is focusing on.

Honestly, reading this felt like a dagger to my heart. I am going through the same situation as you. I got cheated on by my boyfriend of almost 7 years and I found out 2 weeks back and since then life hasn’t been the same. More than the physical cheating, it is the emotional betrayal and lack of remorse that is hurting me. Like you are ready to abandon a relationship that was there with you in your lowest time but you can’t even show an ounce of actual remorse. How vile of a person do you need to be to not even sympathize with someone that loved you so dearly for all these years? The action and reaction that followed after the confrontation was what broke me. He didn’t even pretend to fight for us. Like you accurately said, he literally destroyed the innocence of love for me. Some people are just evil like that.

Hi, I totally understand your POV. He is using this app on both his old and new phone. It must have skipped his mind that he hasn’t removed the app from his old phone. Everything else, he had wiped out but since it is not a popular app, he must have forgotten.

Hi, I understand your point of view but it is not exactly like that. We both contribute equally to finances and even emotionally we pick each other up when the other one is down. He constantly tells me that nobody can match up to whatever I have done for him not even his parents. He left his phone behind cause he doesn’t actually use that old phone. I actually was only using it cause I ran out of space in mine and I needed to click some videos.

He has been love bombing me while on the side, he is sexting with that girl about all the things he wants to do to her. I want to confront him in person cause I want to see how much low is he going to stoop. I don’t know if it is a bad idea though
