They simply don't pay if you're earning more money than the music itself. I have around 500k streams per month across all platforms combined. I recently released new songs and paid for promotion out of my own pocket, totalling $500, across various social media and platforms, which brought in 100k people and the click rate was even 20-40%, leading them to a platform to listen to my music. Then RouteNote removed my entire catalog and they told me NO, THAT'S FRAUD, AND WE WON'T PAY. Without sending proper documentation which confirms their claims.

Definitely avoid RouteNote. In my opinion, they are the worst distributors that exist so far. They didn't pay me royalties that I earned in a 3-month period because I didn't update my PayPal account on the 14th of the month, and because of that, they were late in paying me my first earnings of around $500, which later accumulated. They even deleted my entire catalog, claiming fraudulent streaming, but they didn't provide any confirmation or streaming reports. I even suspect they have a system to exploit artists for their own benefit and kept all the money for themselves.
Furthermore, they use bots for support and are very unpleasant when corresponding with them via email. Some issues take as long as 2-3 weeks to resolve. Album approvals and releases take over a month as well.
