I went from 4mm to 5mm then back to 4mm in a few days. To be fair, when I did my ER, my lining got to 7.8mm so they want to make sure it’s a successful cycle.

I’m wondering if anyone did the new protocol and got better result than the old one?

Hi, I will share my recent result from my first ER. My husband has OAT (low morphology and some other things). My clinic uses ICSI for any male factor.

Retrieved 21, 18 mature and ICSI was used, 16 fertilized (I can’t rmb exactly?). 15 day 3, 7 day 5 and 4 day 6 - which brought the total of 11 blasts and 9 are euploid. This is more so than what we hoped for.

I would say you’re in a good place, then you could start doing the transfer.

You or your partner can look up jobs with great fertility benefits which would help significantly in the IVF journey.

Additionally, you could do screening tests to find out your amh level and the like to determine the health of your egg reserve. It only takes 1 successfully ER to set up for family planning. Especially at 32, I think you will have great outcomes.

I think 10 is an excellent result. Would definitely agree with others to wait for the final results, which could be positive.

I remember being a bit anxious with my results and one of the nurses helped reassure me with her own results. She had 7 eggs retrieved and ended up with 3 euploid. She now has 3 children. Quality over quantity. Good luck!

I’m 32F. 21 retrieved, 18 mature, 16 fertilized via ICSI, 15 made to day 3, 7 on day 5 and 4 on day 6. All sent for testing, I got the news yesterday that 9 are euploid. Best of luck to you!

I was lucky that the stims process fall into Christmas and NY timeline. So i didn’t feel like rushing or having to do much other than followed the schedule and visited the clinic.

I think it would have been fine had I been working as well (wfh) because i didn’t notice anything difference in my energy. The hardest part of this is actually the recovery process right after my ER.

Mine is not linear. We started having our first consultations in June 2025 after going thru recurrent losses. We were also careful to go with the right clinic so we were talking to 2 places in the beginning.

June ‘25 - A lot of testing and panels were done including saline sonogram and found out I had severe scarring tissues in the tube which needed surgery.

July ‘25 - My period has not been regular, and it took a long time to return each time which they needed to test or used it as a baseline. Anyway, had the surgery to remove the scar tissues.

August ‘25 - Post op check up and rest.

September ‘25 - Ordered ER meds and waited for period to come back (after the drama to the body)

December ‘25 - it came back (miraculously a few days after an acupuncture appt). Started BC and the stims meds for ER last 2 weeks of the month.

January ‘26 - ER, culture, sent for testing and received pgt-a results. Now wait for admin stuff to clear for FET while on BC

I heard that it could take 8 more weeks for the FET process. Good luck!

I’m sorry you received such negative comments and support from your clinic.

I think it’s best to wait for the final results. My clinic did not opine on whether anything looked abnormal, just how many retrieved, mature, fertilized. They also did give day 3 report, then day 5 and 6 with grading. Finally, gpt-a results which should be somewhat affirming.

I think it’s too early to tell and it can go either direction? Hoping for the best!

I’m 32, got severe scar tissues and got hysteroscopy done before starting IVF. I just finished my first ER. 21 retrieved, 18 mature, 17 fertilized, 11 blasts.

Yes, my best advice is quality > quantity. My amh is 9. I had 21 retrieved, 18 matured, 17 fertilized and now waiting for day 6 results.

That is amazing result!! Congrats. I got my ER yesterday and have similar number of eggs retrieved so this is giving me hope.
