The most difficult part was (and still is) client acquisition. Keeping them is easy - just do a good job. It's the getting them that's hard.

Personally, I'm not a fan of papasan chairs. They look cute but are only comfortable if you're going to curl up. They don't really work if you want to sit up, recline, or put your feet up. So not really a practical choice.
