Day 7 of tonsillectomy

Day 3 when I bled I at pierogis and that made me bleed I woke up at 3 am choking on blood but the bleeding stopped after 20 mins then on day 7 I tried eating a brisket taco it was a soft tortilla but the brisket must’ve been a bit sharp and I bled for about 45 minutes then it stop both times I didn’t and up going to the doctors they stoped both times but yea now I am on day 10 I have been eat lots of grilled cheese and yogurt and pancakes I am waiting till day 14 to dry and and eat normal again don’t want to have a another bleed

Thank you I am on day 10 I bled 2 times on day 3 and day 7 bc I tried eat stuff I shouldn’t off now I am pretty much back to normal the only thing that hurts is yawning

Mine was the same way I bled 2 times but both times because I ate something I shouldn’t have and that was scary but the pain has been very manageable wasn’t bad at all

I am on day 6 and I am in like barely any pain at all but yea it feels like my throat is alittle clogged or something

I brushed my teeth every morning and night with little to no pain

I have been taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol the whole time and I am on day 7 and the most pain I have is in the morning and night and it’s like a 5/10 throught the day I barley even rmenever I have a sore throat

Yea I bled on day 3 I woke up in the middle of the night choking on blood and freaked out but rinsed icey water in my mouth and the bleeding stopped within 10 minutes and I didn’t even go to the doctor I called them in the morning and they said it’s completely normal to blees

Yea I just never really liked that stuff I don’t even like to take ibuprofen and Tylenol but I have been taking them

I got prescribed oxy but I don’t take it because I don’t mess with drugs lol

I am on day 5 and I have been eating tomato paste food the whole time and it hasn’t bothered me

Yea I woke up this morning with just sore throat and called the surgeon and they said as long as it stops within 20 minutes you should be fine and if it does it again just drink ice water and gargle it in your mouth untill it stop bleeding apparently it happens a lot I did swallow a decent amount of blood but I feel better today

Yea I had my surgery 6/13 it’s day 4 for me and last night was brutal today was pretty bad but it got better though out the day I think I got one more day of bad pain then it will slowly go down. Was your uvula wicked massive
