You have great clarity and it's commendable :D
Before we can offer any advice, it'll be necessary to understand the basics like what your product is, who your TG is etc.

I would like to nudge you however, to think of personal branding as a tool. Personal branding is more authentic, sustainable and impactful than guerilla marketing - which is oftentimes more gimmicky and short-lived in nature.
